The Dairy Farmers of Canada (DFC) is a non-profit organization representing Canada's dairy producers. One of our goals is to increase awareness of the nutritional values and health benefits associated with dairy products. In both English and French, DFC provides factual, up-to-date, science based information on a wide range of nutrition subjects, primarily but not exclusively, those related to dairy products. We also provide effective and innovative nutrition education programs and workshops for educators to help empower children to improve their eating habits. We separate fact from fiction dispelling the myths about dairy products and enumerating the known benefits. DFC promotes the wholesome goodness and outstanding quality of products made from Canadian milk.
