I don't have enough time to plan for or make a healthy lunch.
It's true that it does take some time to make healthy lunches, but it probably doesn't take as much time as you imagine. And think of the time it could save later - instead of standing around in a cafeteria or restaurant line-up, you and your family could be actually enjoying your food and your break!
Keep supplies handy to make packing lunches easier. Set up a lunch drawer for all your packaging needs such as insulated containers, plastic containers, plastic wrap, stickers, napkins, straws, and plastic spoons, knives and forks. Keep a special shelf or area in your refrigerator and cupboard for lunch fixings. And keep your pantry stocked so the food is there when you need it.
